1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or using the OdoFolio mobile application or Mileage Tracker web application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use and our accompanying Privacy Policy.

2. Authorized Organizational Use

OdoFolio is provided for the business travel tracking, expense reporting, and reimbursement administration of authorized personnel, contractors, and stakeholders of the George Snow Scholarship Fund. Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information regarding business trips, mileage, dates, and destinations.
• Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Use the platform exclusively for lawful business expense documentation in compliance with IRS guidelines.

3. Intellectual Property

All software code, visual designs, trademarks, and documentation related to OdoFolio and Mileage Tracker are the proprietary property of Jorge Contreras and the George Snow Scholarship Fund. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Account Deletion & Termination

Users may request deletion of their account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete Account) or by emailing jcontreras@scholarship.org. The organization reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to any account found violating organizational policies or submitting falsified records.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While every reasonable effort is made to guarantee accurate GPS geocoding and road routing calculations, users are responsible for reviewing and confirming their final reimbursement totals prior to formal submission.
